WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
Return/Exchange requests are only accepted within 10 days of the received date.
Please email your CurrentAir customer service representative for your return authorization.
- Unauthorized returns or refused packages will not be accepted.
- Broken packs will not be accepted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receipt.
- Return/Exchange requests must be due to error or defects.
- All items must be in original packaging and include the original label.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Please include your po# in the subject line and the following:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Quantity & Color
- Image of Unit (Damage)
- Reason of Return
